Kateri Quandelacy Sanchez
Kateri Quandelacy Sanchez's gorgeous labradorite carving hosts two corn maidens, like twin sisters, each with sweet faces of overlaid black lip shell. They're embellished with many red coral pieces and incised stars and Dragonfly friends. This piece of labradorite is especially lovely, glowing with blue and green hues. About 3" tall, 7/8" deep and 2 3/8" wide.
Daniel Aguilar, Jr., Zuni-Kewa (Santo Domingo)
What a stunning Dragonfly! Daniel Aguilar overlaid the turquoise body onto a single large mother of pearl shell that creates the head and iridescent wings. About 4 1/4" long with a wingspan of 4 3/8" and large eyes of overlay mother of pearl, the natural curvature of the shell is the perfect posture for this magical messenger.
Debra Gasper's duck (or goose) is carved from fascinating selenite with turquoise inlaid eyes. This specimen of selenite has naturally occurring striations and variations, it's gorgeous! About 2 5/8" long and 1 1/8" tall.
Jovanna Poblano's bird pendant with necklace is dream to wear and a wonderful acknowledgment of the joy our feather friends bring us each day. This exquisite bird is all hand-beaded with colorful turquoise, silver and sparkling blue beads. Its wing is represented by a gorgeous clear quartz cabochon with dark needle-like inclusions of tourmaline running though it. This pendant, which is removable from necklace, is about 2 1/2" long and 1 1/4" wide. The silver necklace is about 18". The pendant is backed by a soft silver leather and is signed by the artist.

Daniel Aguilar Jr.'s gorgeously carved spiny oyster shell corn earrings hang at about 2 3/8" long including earring fixture, and are 1/4" at widest part. Historically, Pueblo people were farmers and corn was their main staple. They call corn "the Mother" because of their dependence on corn.
These earrings are also available in turquoise as well.
A finely carved gazelle carved from a beautiful warm-hued picture jasper by Bryston Bowannie. With eyes of inlaid turquoise, it measures slight over 1 3/4" tall and almost 1" long.
Evonne Hustito's incredible sterling silver and natural red coral petit point cuff bracelet is all hand-fabricated in the traditional Zuni way of making jewelry, which is a time consuming and laborious process. Each little bezel is hand-cut to hold each precious red coral piece. This signed by the artist cuff bracelet has an entire inner circumference of about 6 3/8" including the opening of 1 1/4". The center oval station is about 1 1/2" long and 1" wide.
