Cherished rain has fallen altering the sagebrush-scented landscape of
Coyote country. An excellent sense of smell allows Andres Quandelacy's bushytail to easily find the dampened path containing the tracks of its family. Carved from a rich red onyx, this approximately 2 3/4" long, 5/8" wide and 1 3/8" tall canine (
Fox or
wolf) will soon rejoin its clan. Nice turquoise eyes and a heartline or breath path are beautifully inlaid from a bright blue turquoise that contrast with the natural characteristics of this lovely stone that's in the chalcedony family.
