Kateri Quandelacy Sanchez, Zuni-Acoma
is backordered. We will ship it separately when it becomes available.
Kateri Quandelacy Sanchez's small Corn-Maiden has an overlaid face from turquoise with incised features accented by jet paste. She also wears an inlaid alunite stone, complimenting the subtle rose and purple hues within the overall golden-hued fluorite specimen. Corn is a gift that brings life. Corn Maiden brought this gift to the People. The carving is perfectly petite at approximately 1 3/8" tall, 1" wide and 7/8" deep.
Bears are the most prevalent subject of Zuni carvings. By honoring a bear’s natural traits such as strength, journeying, protection, mothering, hunting and gathering, we can awaken similar attributes within ourselves. Kateri Quandelacy Sanchez's blue calcite Bear with jet inlaid eyes, is sculpted to a size of roughly 2 3/8" long, 1 3/8" wide and 2" tall. An offering bundle is chock full of goodies like warm amber, luscious garnet and other fascinating beads.

Keli'i Eli, Zuni-Hawaiian
Keli'i Eli's "Zuni Scout Warrior" is an outstanding sculpture representing active strength and courage. He worked the honey calcite stone in a magnificent way, creating a determined warrior's bust with strong arms and ready hands upon his accoutrement, perhaps a tomahawk. Exceptional facial features including a speaking mouth, are carved along with a traditional braided bandana wrapped around evenly incised hair. This amazing piece will command any space, bringing good energy and a warrior's spirit we all must summon within. About 8 1/2" long, 3 1/2" wide and 6 3/4" tall. Extra shipping charges may apply.
