A creative collaboration between husband and wife artists Lynn and Jayne Quam have resulted in a grand, two-sided
Bison carved from tigilite. The landscape mosaic is arranged from azurite, abalone, leopard marble, lapis, Picasso marble, serpentine with augite, rhyolite, rainbow calsilica and jet on one side. The other has a radiating Zuni Sunface inlaid from turquoise, jet and pipestone. A traditional symbol, the Sunface represents the elements in balance. This nicely-sized turquoise-eyed buffalo is about 6" long, 1" wide and 3 3/4" tall.
