Masterfully carved from rare and old Morenci turquoise on a crushed red coral and amazing Kingman turquoise base, Veronica's beloved father Leo stands strong in his traditional clothing or blanket, that's inlaid with fabulous sections of red coral, pen shell and white shell. Other accents include red coral and turquoise cabochons that are inlaid with sterling silver, acting as his jewelry. His moccasins are of rich pipestone and white shell.
On the back of his blanket, Veronica's inlaid a lovely limpet shell from Haida Gwaii, an archipelago off British Columbia’s west coast, in Canada. A turquoise stone rests within this treasured shell.

Nine luxurious stations feature either old Morenci turquoise, large and rare specimens of natural red coral or precious Kingman turquoise, in this truly impressive sterling silver necklace by award-winning artist Veronica Poblano.
