This lovely
Mountain-lion has been delicately carved out of alabaster by Rickson Kallestewa. It carries a gift in its paws and an offering jar with an image of an
Elk and contains a blue corn seed. Its eyes, paws and snout have been finely inlaid with jet and it carries a melon seed upon its back. Rickson also incised the image of a whimsical lizard in the crook of the big cat's tail. This carving measures about 3 1/2" long, 1" tall by 1 1/2" tall.
