Sandra Quandelacy's reversible fetish pendant necklace is incredible. Carved from Kingman turquoise are Maiden Grandmother, Grandmother and a Maiden or Corn-Maiden
. The Maiden Grandmother is carved wrapped in a shawl with a coral inlay. Hair is up in traditional whorls because she has not had children but has mothered many. Corn Maiden has etched rows of corn
kernels representing fertility. There is also a Grandmother with a single hair bun styled to the back of the head, which is a special treat because we don't see many Grandmothers carved like this by Sandra. Corn cobs are also beautifully sculpted and strung on the collectible necklace. Facial features are etched and filled with jet paste. The necklace is strung with golden amber, red coral, turquoise and lapis lazuli beads to a length of about 26". The women average about 2 1/4" long and 5/8" wide.
