A positive energy
Bear (or polar bear) with inquisitive eyes from inlaid turquoise has been carved from calcite by Danette Laate. In nature bears can walk short distances on their hind legs so an upright bear is considered to be displaying healing traits by the A:Shiwi (Zuni). An unusually placed heartline or breath path is from turquoise, jet and red coral. A Sunface symbol representing the elements in balance is from the same colorful materials. About 2 1/2" tall, 5/8" wide and 1/2" deep.
