Adrian Cachini's guardian Bear family protects Zuni in a stunning carving from one portion of fish rock serpentine. Hours of work, focus and much patience is required to bring out the lovely intricate details such as the furry coats of the watchful, turquoise-eyed bears. We love the little cubs who are sweetly tucked away in the carving. The ancient Pueblo village has tiny incised adobe bricks, a miniature window and door, a little ladder, plus protruding supportive beams called vigas. Dimensions of this exquisite piece are approximately 2 1/2" tall, 1 1/2" wide and 1 1/8" deep.
