The piercing scream and guttural grunts of the mighty elk call to find a mate while staying out of reach from valley hunters in Bryston Bowannie's picture jasper creation. He's been carving since 1988 having started out making horses and elephants. These days his wonderful Elk, deer and moose carvings are quite popular. A handsome rack and turquoise eyes adorn this approximately 1 3/8" long, 1/2" wide and roughly 1 5/8" tall herbivore.
