Bison reminds us of the importance buffalo brought to the Plains Native American tribes whose main sustenance once depended on the vast herds. The entire bison body was used, nothing was wasted. Prayers of appreciation were offered for the abundance they provided. A bison's animal medicine teaches us the value of being thankful for the bounty in our lives. About 2 1/8" long, 7/8" wide and 1" tall carved from Picasso marble with turquoise eyes and horns.
