Cody Chavez's charming 2-piece set is intricately carved from sandstone depicting an ancient multi-story Pueblo village scene. They are fun, interactive and can be displayed multiple ways. The clustered dwellings have etched accents for beams and doorways. Miniature baking ovens sit outdoors. Other little features include perhaps corn grinding stones from Picasso marble. Tiny toothpicks represent ladders that access upper floors and rooftops. Sandstone is a sedimentary rock formed over deep time from sand-sized grains of quartz and other minerals. Dimensions of the two pieces positioned together are about 2 3/4" long, 2 1/8" wide and 1 1/8" tall.
