Essential Earthworm

Earthworms are important creatures who enhance biological activity in the soil. Research has shown that soils without earthworms can be about 90% less effective at soaking up water. So water run-off builds up which can lead to erosion and even flooding. Maxx Laate's beneficial branch red coral worm has turquoise eyes and an incised segmented body. A friendly beneath the ground dweller measuring about 1 1/8" long, 1" wide and 1/4" tall.
