The Sunface symbol is good in life because it represents harmonious balance: traditionally blue stands for Father Sky, red stands for Mother Earth, while white and black represent all the elements in balance. Artists use their creative license and often choose different materials in their pieces as did Zuni jeweler Ola Eriacho. Using the challenging stone-to-stone inlay technique, she set turquoise, coral, mother-of-pearl and jet meticulously side by side in these approximately 2" long and 1" wide sterling silver, signed by the artist dangle earrings. They are lightweight in wearability.
