They are beautifully constructed in the Kewa tradition of overlay jewelry that reaches back to a time way before the Spanish arrived in the ancestral lands of Rio Grande Valley of New Mexico. These exquisite earrings are a contemporary continuation of that ancient tradition. The gorgeous medium-weight earrings measure about 2 1/8" long including the sterling silver French hooks, 1 3/8" wide and 3/8" deep. Signed by the artist.
