Maegan Shetima's enchanting Eagle (or Hawk who is little brother to eagle in the Zuni way) is realistically and gorgeously carved of Picasso marble, about 2 7/8" tall, 1 5/8" long and 2 1/8" deep. This raptor's piercing eyes are of inlaid jet and shell. The fish within this raptor's talons has an eye of inlaid turquoise. Maegan's precise incising marks make for fabulous feather detail.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this eagle fetish will go to the Zuni Eagle Sanctuary. Please see our resources page for more information on the sanctuary.
As the days grow shorter and the black nights longer, Raven calls, heralding in the cooler season by Destry Siutza. This jet bird's wing and feather detail is quite wonderful, as are its turquoise inlaid eyes. About 2 5/8" long, 5/8" deep and 2 1/8" tall.

We welcome Eli Cheama to Keshi's website with his magnificent young Raven carved of Picasso marble with turquoise inlaid eyes. This elegant corvid stands at about 2 3/4" tall and 1 3/8" long. Eli is a young carver from the famed Cheama family of Zuni artists.
Brian Yatsattie is a prolific and wonderfully expressive carver. We're drooling over his reversible Honduran black opal Eagle pendant, about 2 7/8" long including bale fixture and 2 1/8" wide. This specimen of Honduran black opal is dancing with green, purple, blue and red opalized goodness. This glorious and honorable raptor has jet inlaid eyes.
