Our place within a vast, living and interconnected universe is felt in Mary Frances Coriz Aguilar's stunning reversible mosaic pendant. The spiral element can refer to life's journey or migration. Handmade from sterling silver, turquoise, spiny oyster shell, red abalone, iridescent mother-of-pearl and pen shell, it measures about 3 1/4" long including silver bale, 1 1/2" wide and 3/8" deep. The opposite side calls to mind a gentle rain shower. Signed by the artist.
