A curvy pink mussel shell Frog with opalescent layers by Andrew Quam. The shimmering reflections dance across the surface of the shell like light moving through water and give this frog a special aura. Inlaid turquoise pieces accent the body and define the eyes while lines of jet detail the lovely webbed feet. Delicately carved from a single shell, the frog maintains the curve of the natural material giving it a perfect little frog squat. The peaceful and meditative carving measures about 2 3/8" long, 2 5/8" wide by 3/4" tall.
