Resembling the natural light display in the sky, Stewart Quandelacy and Priscilla Lasiloo Quandelacy's Medicine-Bear has been sculpted from labradorite that resembles an aurora borealis. This iridescence doesn't originate from the mineral’s surface but comes from the internal structure. Light bends and scatters between the layers when light hits the stone resulting in a stunning show as seen in this approximately 2 1/2" long, 3/8" wide and 1 3/4" tall Bear. Soulful eyes and an alternating heartline or breath path are from turquoise inlays.
