We're happy to welcome Clint Wesley to keshi.com. His mother is jeweler Amy Wesley. They continue the tradition of the double Hummingbird design originally used by their ancestors Ellen and Dickie Quandelacy.
Clint's sterling silver and turquoise necklace and earrings set is skillfully handmade using the channel inlay technique. The stones are set between silver channels to form a flowing bird motif. The inlay pattern gives rise to a negative space that from a far looks like inlaid black curved stones. The alluring necklace is approximately 26" long, while the center station measures about 1" long, 3/4" wide and 1/4" deep. The side stations come in at roughly 7/8" long, 5/8" wide and 1/4" deep. The hand fabricated sterling silver chain is quite beautiful too. The medium-weight earrings for pierced ears are approximately 1 3/4" long, 5/8" wide and 1/4" deep.
