Mountain-lions (cougars, pumas or panthers) who keep the forests and other places healthy through predation. They are a necessary component to the interconnectedness and balance of all life on Mother Earth. Mountain Lion is the Eldest Brother and strongest among other animals in A:Shiwi medicine society. Larry Peina's wonderful feline with turquoise eyes is carved from alabaster and accented with perhaps jet paste or ink details on the face, paws and long tail. About 2 1/2" long, 3/4" wide and 1 1/8" tall.
