By Larry Peina

Animal: Lizard, Material: Serpentine
This offering is sold.
Larry Peina's darling Lizard emerges from a crunchy pile of leaves to soak up autumn's warm rays. Desert dwellers, lizards can represent survival and prosperity for some Indigenous ones. Sculpted from an unpolished serpentine, the turquoise-eyed reptile is about 2 3/8" long, 1" wide and 5/8" tall. The serpentine specimen's natural webbing is quite stunning.
