Underwater Flight Manta Ray

Like a flag waving softly in the breeze, Melvin Sandoval's manta ray's pectoral fins are graceful and fluid. Mantas possess the largest brain-to-body ratio of any fish in the ocean, capable of complex problem-solving and self-recognition. Sculpted from ricolite, dimensions of this intelligent water creature are approximately 2" long, 2 3/8" in wingspan and 3/8" tall.
