The late Alfred Lamy's collectible
Bear is sculpted from a tagua nut also known as vegetable ivory, a seed that comes from the
Phytelephas Macrocarpa palm tree that only grows in the tropical rainforests. Soulful eyes from turquoise inlays, burnished ears, paw and fur etching compliment this roughly 1 5/8" long, 1 1/8" wide and 1 3/8" tall gentle friend.
