Sweet Songbird

Early in the morning from about March to July, many birds sing the first and sweetest songs of the day. Perhaps the increase in daylight encourages them to be musical or maybe because breeding season is underway or they are just happy. Kateri Quandelacy Sanchez's colorful alabaster songbird is a melodious friend. Eyes are from vibrant lapis lazuli inlays. About 2 1/4" long, 1 3/8" wide and 1 3/4" tall.
