A journeying bear is a living manifestation of the mountains and the changing seasons. James Panteah's gorgeous serpentine
Bear enjoys the scented pines and decaying leaves of autumn's offerings. The serpentine's natural base is quite stunning. Engaged eyes are from turquoise. One of them appears to be overlaid on a tiny piece of pen shell. A golden amber bead along with colorful coral, turquoise, pen shell, gold lip mother-of-pearl shell and mother-of-pearl compose the offering bundle that give thanks to the powerful bear who is the spirit of the land. About 2 1/4" long, 1 1/8" wide and 1 5/8" tall.
