Gorgeously carved from one lovely piece of Picasso marble, is this feeding
Hummingbird, taking in nectar from a blossom surrounded by leaves, about 4 3/4" long, 2" deep and 2 3/8" tall. Nelson Yatsattie incised intricate feather detail and inlaid turquoise eyes as well. Hummingbirds eat insects for nutrition and drink nectar for energy.
