Kewa jeweler Joel Pajarito enjoys incorporating hand motifs in some of his creations. A latest offering is an unusual and gorgeous footprint ring handmade from tufa cast sterling silver and a stunning Royston turquoise cabochon. Footprints can be viewed as a reflection of the soul. They provide an impartial and sound record of where people actually traveled like those of Indigenous Peoples found at White Sands National Park in New Mexico. They were discovered at the edge of an ancient lakebed, made roughly 22,000 years ago. Dimensions of the beautiful stone itself are about 1 1/8" long and 3/4" wide, while this is a ring size 6. The ring's band is adorned with scrolling plant motifs. Signed by the artist.
