A local Zuni travertine Bison is accented with small colorful sections of luscious Zuni azurite in various places by Vince Chavez. Powerful horns, a whipped up tail and sky blue turquoise inlaid eyes adorn this approximately 2 3/8" long, 1" wide and 1 1/4" tall bovine fetish. Bison give generously providing physical and spiritual nourishment for Indigenous Peoples. Their sacred presence summons snowfall and brings prosperity to all.
