Hestermanite is thought to be a mineral in the marble family. Brian Yatsattie's prayerful Bear has been sculpted from this lovely mineral to a size of approximately 2 1/2" tall, 3/4" wide and 2 1/4" deep. Jet eyes are inlaid to a wonderful bear face as it meditates. We need bears who are our brothers and vital forest managers who keep the Earth beautiful for us all. Brian is a prolific master carver who brings to life amazing animal fetishes from a gorgeous array of minerals.
