Pinolith stone consists of magnesite, dolomite and graphite that slowly cooled ages ago forming a striking pattern resembling pine kernels, hence its name. Chris Gchachu's Mountain-lion (puma, panther, leopard or cougar) has been sculpted from pinolith stone to a size of approximately 2 5/8" long, 1" wide and 1" tall. Large eyes are from turquoise inlays and a gorgeous offering bundle has an iridescent abalone point accompanied by turquoise, selenite and textured gold tone beads.
