Perseverance Llama

The ruby in zoisite stone brings all the drama to this llama, which is an animal first for the carving duo of Daphne and Leland Boone. The characteristics of llama are defined by hard work, strength and determination despite a cool and carefree demeanor. The dark patch in the ruby in zoisite stone is perfectly positioned at the head leaving the ears tipped by ruby inclusions. The llama measures about 2 3/4" tall, 3" long and 1/2" wide.  The inlaid red coral eyes give this piece an otherworldly look. The Mars Perseverance Rover is scheduled to launch later this month; perhaps it will cross paths with creatures like this llama?
