Jayne Quam employs a unique technique of adorning animal carvings with vibrant mosaic inlays from many different materials. In this lovely leopard marble bushytail (Fox, Wolf or Coyote) with turquoise eyes, a nightscape is from turquoise, lepidolite, alunite, white shell, onyx, pipestone, jet, pen shell, orange spiny shell, spiderweb turquoise, sodalite and serpentine. A natural crystalline inclusion resembles a heartline or breath path on either side of this approximately 3 1/4" long, 3/4" wide and 1 1/4" tall wild canine companion.
