Salvador Romero's Turtle first took its natural shape from a found stone. On long hikes rock hunting, Salvador sees the animal in the stone beforehand. We love the somewhat elongated form, measuring about 3 3/4" long, 1 1/2" wide and 3/4" tall. Turtles consume plants, insects and other animals, counterbalancing these populations. As they graze, seeds are deposited.
