After being covered by sediment, the corals fossilized with their unique structure intact. Gabriel Sice's inquisitive upright Bear has been sculpted from a gorgeous Petoskey stone specimen that shows the infamous and stunning honeycomb patterns of the coral polyps. It's fascinating to think what Mother Earth was like millions of years ago when these amazing corals were once alive yet are still here. Endearing eyes and a necklace are from sky blue turquoise inlays. A bright coral inlay also adorns the charming friend. About 3 1/8" tall, 1 3/8" wide and 1 3/8" deep.
