Frisky Kitty

This playful kitty cat crouches and leaps. It has been carved and smoothly sculpted out of an exquisite piece of ivory stone, a type of onyx, by Dee Edaakie. Its paws have been beautifully incised along with its expressive facial features. Its eyes have been finely inlaid with dark lapis. This superb and masterful carving measures about 2 1/4" long laying down, and 1 1/8" wide, its tail whips through the air at about 1 1/2" high.
