A wonderfully etched pelt looks velvety soft on Herbert Halate's jet Mole who seeks breakfast through a great sense of touch as well as turquoise inlaid eyes. A mole’s diet consists of juicy insects, earthworms, quick centipedes and millipedes, slow snails and slugs, grubs, fast ants, termites, beetles and talkative crickets. About 2 1/4" long, 1 1/8" wide and 3/4" tall, with lovely turquoise inlays.
