Stewart Quandelacy and Priscilla Lasiloo Quandelacy's gracefully curved Bear is from amazing lapis lazuli with lovely pyrite inclusions. A signature alternating heartline or breath path and eyes are from inlaid turquoise. The arched back of a Medicine-bear serves a specific purpose, that is to remind us of the entrance to a bear's cave or den where it goes into torpor resting, healing and becoming stronger. They teach us by example that we have an amazing healing potential within ourselves. A powerful link between our thoughts and physical health can influence our well-being.
