Hudson Sandy is from the greater Hustito family of Zuni carvers. His latest offering is a lively
Beaver masterfully sculpted from Picasso marble with the best details. Check out that powerful cross-hatched tail, eager eyes from jet in turquoise and the carved feather and Sunface element from turquoise, coral and mother-of-pearl. Many turquoise and red coral inlays adorn this approximately 1 7/8" tall, 1 1/8" wide and 2 1/2" deep workhorse of the waterways.
