A golden
Bear take a quick glimpse behind before moving forward. In a long distant era (Cretaceous period to be exact), a water-loving ammonoid mollusk was buried by layers of bentonite sediment. The fossilized body of that ancient mollusk found a new form as a bear thanks to the talented hands of Kenric Laiwakete. The ocher colored stone with semi-transparent portions is polished to a high shine with a smooth feel in hand. Inlaid turquoise eyes and heartline compliment the bear's coloring which hints to the change in leaf color soon to come. The modern bear with serious history measures about 2" tall, 1 1/2" wide by 1/2" deep.
