. Emeralds are a rare green variety of the mineral beryl, classified as precious gems. Most of the emeralds in the world come from Colombia. Both wonderful creatures have lapis lazuli eyes and are united by a bright orange spiny oyster shell point offering bundle. Measurements of this collectible, museum-quality work are about 10 3/8" long, 1" wide and 2 1/2" tall by award-winning carver Troy Sice. His lineage is from noted Zuni Pueblo artist George Cheechee Haloo (d).
