Mastodon Ivory & Rosarita Hollow Form Ring

Amber Carrillo is a refreshing jewelry designer. Her brother is noted jeweler Franklin Carrillo. Her latest offering is a gently reticulated sterling silver, dyed mastodon ivory, Rosarita slag, pen shell and turquoise contemporary hollow form ring. Hollow form is metalsmithing technique where a piece of jewelry has an empty space inside as opposed to being solid metal. We love the bold chunky nature of this lightweight statement piece, which is a ring size 7 3/4. The stunning station is about 1 1/2" long, 1 1/2" wide and 5/8" deep. What a beauty!
