Daryl Shack Sr.'s darling bushytail pup (
Coyote,
Wolf or
Fox) is carved from a swirling rhyolite to a size of approximately 1 3/4" long, 7/8" wide and 3/4" tall. Rhyolite is an igneous rock that often includes flow lines that formed during the extrusion. Alert eyes are from sparkling cultured opal inlays, while an offering bundle has more cultured opal, red coral and turquoise bits.
