Brazil and India are said to have large deposits of aventurine although it's found worldwide. It is a form of quartz said to awaken mental clarity and enhance creativity. Melvin Sandoval's journeying Bear is sculpted from aventurine full of verdant natural color. An offering bundle has an azurite point with turquoise and pen shell beads. About 1 3/4" long, 5/8" wide and 1 1/2" tall.
