Talented stone carver and gifted painter Joshua Qualo's original brilliant acrylic on canvas board depicts New Mexico's state bird, the roadrunner with gorgeous tracks. Fearless birds, their prints are tricky to follow because they're shaped like the letter X so you can't tell if they are coming or going. The colorful yellow backdrop is adorned with Zia Pueblo's sacred Zia symbol in bright red. The symbol represents the Four Directions in life.
