A fresh wintry wilderness awakens to Bison using their massive heads to power through snow to graze on hidden grasses and other bites underneath. As the snow continues to fall, sometimes bison stand still allowing the moisture to accumulate on their woolly coats in what some call a snow bath. The Picasso marble specimen reminds us of these snowy activities. Soulful eyes and mighty horns are from turquoise inlays. About 3 3/8" long, 1" wide and 1 1/4" tall, smoothly sculpted by Lynn Quam.
