An Eagle's (or Hawk's) animal medicine is about seeing our role in this world beyond the four walls of our homes. Perhaps we can reach out and lend a hand through volunteer work, helping a neighbor in need or a mentorship. Kyle Awelagte's sculptural raptor has discerning eyes from turquoise inlays and measures approximately 2 5/8" tall, 1 3/4" wide and 3/4" deep. It is elegantly sculpted from sandstone which is composed of sand-sized grains cemented together by other minerals. The beautiful orange-like hue is from hematite coating some of the tiny grains of quartz on a microscopic level. An offering necklace is laced with lovely green turquoise beads.
