Troy Sice
A Bobcat's animal medicine or example in nature is about finding a way to survive with the new environment around you because bobcats are adaptable felines. Troy Sice's museum-quality burnished antler wildcat has inquisitive eyes from turquoise inlays. The antler's natural qualities were creatively placed accenting the adorable face and tail region of this collectible feline. Vibrant faceted lapis lazuli and branch red coral beads accompany a sweet feathered friend who is made from iridescent gold lip shell. Happily perched on a plump orange spiny oyster shell point, the feathered friend helps compose the amazing offering bundle of graditude. The sweet bird has tiny eyes from lapis lazuli. All together, measurements are about 2 1/2" long, 1 1/4" wide and 2" tall.
Eagles are bold masters of the sky with fierce hunting abilities and extraordinary vision. The magnificence of an Eagle (or Hawk) is masterfully conveyed in Troy Sice's riveting approximately 9" long, 2 1/2" wide and 5" tall collectible raptor. Cascading layered plumage is expertly incised, burnished and polished inviting repeated strokes. The antler's natural variations highlight a beautifully etched head with pen shell in gold lip shell eyes, and a killer hooked beak. A special and removable miniature offering necklace with prey animals like antler Rabbits and a gorgeous natural branch red coral Snake are strung with lovely faceted turquoise and branch coral beads. The adorable bunny's faces are inlaid with turquoise eyes and red coral noses, while the cool reptile has turquoise eyes. Perhaps they are all friends discovering new places together because this powerful bird can easily take them there.
Ray Tsalate
Ray Tsalate's old-style Eagle is masterfully carved of antler, about 2 1/2" long, 1" tall and 1 1/8" wide. An "X" shaped inlay of mother-of-pearl and pen shell represents wings, decorated with variscite pieces. Ray also inlaid lapis side wings and colorful tail feather accents of red coral, malachite, sugilite and orange spiny oyster shell. Seeing everything, this exquisite raptor has one eye of variscite, while the other is of lapis.
