Spring is calling and intelligent corvids like
Ravens (or crows) will establish territories and find a mate. Once paired, they will generally nest together for life. Nelson Yatsattie's planning corvids are carved from one specimen of Belgian marble, which is beloved for its velvety black appearance and high gloss when polished. He also created lovely plumage through sgraffito ornamentation. Inquisitive eyes are from turquoise inlays. An elegantly sculpted feather serves as the perch for these approximately 4 1/2" long, 1 1/8" wide and 1 1/2" tall birds, measurements include the base. We love that Nelson also detailed the underside of this exquisite fetish.
