Horse has been carved from found stone by Lionel Sanchez who is the son-in-law of Cochiti-Diné carver Wilson Romero. Lionel follows in a similar found stone carving style of Wilson and Wilson's brother Salvador Romero. The variations in texture give a wonderful look and feel to this approximately 3 3/4" long, 3/4" wide and 2 1/4" tall equine friend. Horse medicine reminds us of the bond we can have with other beings if approached with understanding, patience and love.
